Full renovation in Gran Canaria – 2025

In 2025, Gran Canaria Kvalitetsbygg carried out a full renovation of a home in Gran Canaria. The commission covered both new technical installations and the renewal of the home's interior, with coordination of purchasing, deliveries and installation.

We installed new water pipes and a new electrical system, and laid internet cables. New plasterboard ceilings with lighting created a cohesive overall design, with services and lighting planned as part of the renovation.

The kitchen was designed around the clients' wishes. We handled purchasing, delivery and installation to turn the plans into a finished kitchen.

The floors were levelled before new floor tiles were laid. We also installed new aluminium sliding doors.

Throughout the project, the clients received regular updates with photos and information. With a single point of contact for coordination, purchasing and carrying out the work, they could follow progress and stay informed.
