Who is responsible for your data

Information you provide in the quote request form

When you submit the quote request form, the information you enter (name, email address, telephone number, location, type of renovation and description) is stored in our database and sent to us by email via Gmail. The information is used only to respond to your enquiry.

This means that we process the information when we receive your email, just as we would if you had sent us a regular email.

Why we process your data

We use the information to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, plan and carry out any agreed work, and keep in touch during the project.

We do not use the information for marketing communications or sell it to third parties.

How long we keep your data

Enquiries are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with them. If an enquiry leads to a project, supporting records are retained for as long as needed for the project and to meet legal obligations, such as accounting requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

Cookies, analytics and external services

The website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) for visitor statistics, but only if you have given your consent in the cookie banner. Until you make a choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. With your consent, Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information about your visit, such as which pages you visit, your approximate location, device and browser, and whether you click on a telephone number, email address or WhatsApp link, or submit the quote request form. The information is used only to understand how the website is used, not for advertising.

Your choice is stored in your browser together with the time and the version of the information you were shown. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, the collection of statistics stops and Google Analytics cookies are removed.

We have no advertising tools, embedded maps, videos or social media feeds. Fonts are hosted on the website itself and are not loaded from Google Fonts.

The website is hosted by an external provider which, like all web servers, may record technical information such as IP addresses and timestamps in operational logs.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have information deleted when it is no longer needed, and to object to or request restriction of processing.
