Terrace renovation and new sliding doors – Puerto Rico

Project description

The project included removing the existing terrace floor, building new falls for water drainage, applying a waterproofing membrane and laying new tiles.

A key part of the job was to create a terrace with working drainage and a protective waterproofing layer beneath the new floor covering.

We also advised the client on choosing suitable terrace doors and were responsible for installing the new sliding doors and windows. Purchasing and coordinating materials was also part of the job.

Result

The result is a bright, low-maintenance terrace with new tiles, improved drainage and a new waterproofing layer.

The large glazed sections with dark frames give the home a clean connection between the interior and the terrace.
